Your role:

  • Support and advise employers in the implementation of effective strategies to attract new talent, in the improvement and implementation of best practices in recruitment, and much more!
  • Guide employers through each step of the recruiting process, from the definition of the need to the selection interviews and the offer process.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the entire recruitment cycle with our various clients and the Cameleon team (needs assessment, interviews, presentation of candidates, follow-up with the client, consulting role, negotiation of the offer, etc.).
  • Work with candidates to offer them an extraordinary experience while proposing positions that will meet their professional aspirations (sourcing, interviews, coaching, etc.).
  •  Ensure the integration of talent acquisition data and coordinate recruitment reports and metrics. 
  • Your time will be divided in the following way: 30% working with clients, and 70% working with candidates. 


A short list of must-haves:

  • A university education in business, human resources, career development or similar
  • You must be comfortable handling the full recruitment cycle and providing consultative support to managers/employers
  • You consider yourself a senior talent acquisition professional (8+ years of recruiting experience)
  • You have extensive experience in sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
  • You have candidate experience at ❤️
  • You are a self-starter, resourceful, curious and diligent
  • You are bilingual
