For Ferroudja, recruitment is creating a match between the candidate and the client. To do this, she gets to know candidates by going beyond the resume and unearthing their full potential, helping them find a position that will allow them to develop both professionally and personally. When she works with a client, she helps them fill their needs, and sometimes even defines their needs with them.

What aspects of your job make you feel proud?

Creating connections between candidates and employers. Contributing in my own way to the candidate’s life-changing decisions, and helping the client by providing a solution (especially these days with the shortage of manpower).
