She is passionate about people and communication. Annie believes it is essential to be present for candidates throughout the process, listening to their needs and understanding what drives them. She excels at acting as a facilitator for both clients and candidates.

What aspects of your job make you feel proud?

Making a difference to people, even when it’s small. Sometimes it’s by helping someone find a new job that will give them a new lease on life, sometimes it’s by inspiring people to reflect. It’s also about our clients finding the right person to help them move forward. It’s seeing our team grow and flourish. There are so many moments that make me proud of what we have accomplished.
