As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, your role will be to help us find and attract the best talent for our clients!

 

Additionally, you will be working directly with our team to:

  • Discover the best candidate attraction and search strategies -you’ll need to be on top of the latest trends (sourcing, approaches, storytelling, and more) and be creative 😉
  • Provide sourcing expertise
  • Act as a candidate experience expert (after all, you’re the one who will have the first contact with them!)
  • Approach candidates in a personalized and impactful manner to generate interest in our various open positions
  • Pre-qualify candidates by phone to validate their work experience and interest in the position
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between our specialists and interested candidates

 

A short list of must-haves:

  • A university degree in business, HR, career development, or similar
  • You are an investigative, results-oriented person who likes to find creative, out-of-the-box solutions
  • You are comfortable with different job platforms and technology
  • You have the ability to write messages that pique people’s curiosity
  • You communicate well in writing, both in French and English
  • You are a self-starter, resourceful, curious and diligent
  • Expertise in Boolean research is a strong asset!
