Your role:
- You will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle with our various clients (taking requirements, interviews, candidate presentation, client follow-ups, offer negotiations, etc.!).
- You will work directly with our clients’ teams to teach them how to attract new talent, how to implement best practices in recruitment, and more!
- You will work directly with candidates to offer them an extraordinary experience while proposing positions that will meet their professional aspirations (sourcing, interviews, coaching, assisting with negotiation, etc.).
- Your time will be divided in the following way: 30% working with clients, and 70% working with candidates.
A short list of must-haves:
- A university degree in business, HR, career development, or similar
- You must be comfortable handling the entire recruitment cycle and providing consultative support to managers/employers
- You consider yourself an intermediate level recruiter (3+ years of recruiting experience)
- You have the candidate experience at ❤️
- You are a self-starter, resourceful, curious and diligent
- You are bilingual (French and English)
