For Serge, recruitment is about establishing the relationship between someone who is looking to make a career change and a company that is trying to find the right person. He knows that it is essential to respect and support candidates in their decision-making. He accomplishes this by being available, answering any questions, and anticipating problems by being prepared.

What aspects of your job make you feel proud?

Succeeding in setting the groundwork for a future business relationship between the company and the candidate. But I must admit that I love it when the candidate tells me, at the very end of the process, that they couldn’t have done it without me.
