Say hello to Frédérique, Strategist – marketing and talent acquisition

Frédérique has a creative soul. That’s why she enjoys creating content for our communications (social media, newsletters, articles), as well as working on a variety of talent acquisition projects (process, integration of our new employees, employer brand, etc.!) Proactive and attentive, she likes things to move fast, but never at the expense of the quality of the relationship!

What makes you proud in your work?

I am proud of the work I do, sometimes independently but often in collaboration with other members of our great team! All of the projects we undertake are aimed at improving the quality of our services to employers, the candidate experience and making the day-to-day lives of our colleagues easier – it’s always rewarding to see that we are making a real difference to those we work with. Sometimes it’s more “hands-on”, sometimes not. 🙂 We also get a lot of positive feedback on our communications, which inspire and challenge the status quo, always in a super friendly and accessible way!
